  • We live by the old adage "Do one thing and do it well". We specialize in BBQ Grill Cleaning and take a lot of pride in doing a good job. In lieu of cleaning, we also offer light repairs on most models of grills. Our repairs include replacement of items such as: grates, burners, valves, igniters, heat shields, flavorizer bars, etc. We do not do grill installations.

    In the future we may look to expand our offerings, but for now our focus remains on providing an excellent grill cleaning service at a fair price.

    If you are looking for something in particular alongside your grill cleaning (e.g. stainless refinishing; power washing; etc.) we typically have some great companies we can refer you to.

  • Probably our #1 question and the answer is a resounding “no”. We pride ourselves on an honest customer relationship and we will never lie and tell you we will clean your grill to look brand new.

    Is it going to look a heck of a lot better than it was? 100%

    Do we take our time and clean it to the best of our ability? Absolutely!

    Do some grills come out looking almost new? Yes

    Then why do we tell you, “No it will not look new”? How well your grill will look from a visual standpoint highly depends on multiple factors: the brand, construction material, how often it was cleaned/cared for prior, whether you store chemicals beneath it, if you have a pool, do you water your lawn frequently and use a lot of chemicals in your yard, etc. We could go on and on, but you get the idea. We do our best and our 5-star rating confirms it; however, the simple truth is some turn out better than others.

    We're working with outdoor appliances that are exposed to freezing weather and other times are heated to 400+ degrees. Combined with all the factors we listed above, discoloration, rust, carbon buildup, and other stuff happens. We are a CLEANING service, not a RESTORATION service...Don't expect that 5-year-old grill that has never been deep cleaned to come out brand new 😎

  • Not at all. We just need access to the grill and a water spigot. We never enter your home and whether you want to be present at the time of the cleaning is completely optional.

  • We can accept all forms of payment including: Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major Credit Cards. If paying by credit card we will need a good email address on file.

  • By law our service is not tax-exempt and we must charge sales tax. Sticky Bandits - 0; Uncle Sam - 1

  • We post our pricing as we pride ourselves on being transparent and we want our customers to understand the general cost upfront. 95% of the time that is the price you should expect to pay. With that said, we do increase our pricing for certain situations:

    - Grills outside our core service areas (due to the travel time)

    - A few specific brands such as DCS

    - Excessively dirty grills and/or those that have not been cleaned in many years

    - Excessive rodent droppings/damage cleanup

  • Grill cleaning is a dirty job. Our job is to take on the dirty work while keeping the surrounding area clean. We understand how important it is to keep all that grime off our customers stone, furniture, etc. We do this by utilizing towels, tarps, and self awareness. At no time do we ever use a pressure washer or anything that could create large splatter. All of our cleanings are hands on and we always strive to leave no mess behind.

  • A few brands (e.g. DCS) tend to have substantially more parts and tend to be harder to clean than most grills. For those instances, we have increased our pricing slightly to compensate our team for the additional effort and time that it takes to complete. Please note this is minimal and is also quoted upfront prior to starting the job.

  • This is highly dependent on multiple factors and is specific to each homeowner. Questions we like to ask, and you should ask yourself.

    How often do you grill?

    Do you go through periods where you utilize your grill way more frequently and/or periods of non-use?

    Have you seen any rodent activity within the grill?

    What are your expectations as far as maintaining the grill and will you be doing any basic cleaning in between our service?

    A grill is no different than anything else you own. The more you take care of it the longer it will last. We always recommend a deep cleaning prior to periods of heavy use and before any periods of non-use. Besides that, as you can see it really depends on the homeowner.   • We are first book first serve so our lead time is constantly changing. During our peak season we may be a few weeks out; however, we try our best to meet our customers’ needs. We highly suggest booking a few weeks in advance if you have a special occasion you are wanting your grill ready for. We don't have limitations on how far out you can book.

  • Our pricing reflects the cleaning price for the standard equipment that your grill comes with from the manufacturer. We can certainly clean additional grates and accessories, just know it will be a small additional fee.

    To quote additional accessories simply mention them when booking. We may require a few pictures, but we are happy to quote you, so you are aware of the full price prior to booking.

  • Absolutely, we service multiple amenity centers including hotel brands such as Hilton and Marriott. We love working with our local residential amenity centers, apartment complexes, and hotels to ensure members/guests have a safe and clean grilling environment.
